Before calling, please note the following:
Withheld/private or secret calls won't be answered, if you wish to make contact without disclosing your number initially, please send an email using the contact form. You are very welcome to leave a message and to give a few options as to when it might be good for you to receive a returned call.
In order to respect your privacy, missed calls won't be returned unless a message with a request to do so has been left. However, you will receive a text to acknowledge your call and to invite you to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk or to ask any questions and book via text. If you wish to avoid receiving a text response, please do not call, but instead use the contact page to send in any requests/questions.

This isn't an escort service, you will be required to respect boundaries and to follow any guidance offered. Your boundaries will likewise be respected and you will be supported in keeping yourself safe as we journey together. We both have the right to call a halt to the session if we discover our needs/desires/thoughts are not in alignment with each other.
All sessions offer the potential of deep personal transformation. Work such as this can be challenging as well as richly rewarding - if you are taking a journey of more than one session with me you must be ready to commit and may need to consider other forms of support such as sex-therapy/psychotherapy/counselling to further enhance your experience and ensure your emotional/psychological well-being.
At the start of each session we will go over boundaries, consent and I will ask you to acknowledge that you will say "no thank you", "stop", or use an agreed upon safe-word (dependent upon your chosen session), and in this way you understand that you are in control of your own experience.
Due to the nature of energy work it is advisable to have a bottle of water and a snack in the car ready to have immediately following the session. This will help to ground you and assist with blood sugar balance (especially important for sessions of 4hrs or more, but also useful even for shorter sessions).
Sessions are brought to completion in such a way to ensure you leave feeling grounded and safe. It is very rare, but if you are particularly sensitive, or if the session happens to shift a substantial block, there is potential to feel light headed, nauseous, and/or emotional following the session. If this should happen to you on your drive home please do take good care of yourself by pulling over, eating, having a short walk and ensuring you feel safe to drive before doing so.
A 20 minute online/phone aftercare call is available should you need to ask any questions related to the session you have received. If anything needs unpacking further you are welcome to book follow-up sessions in person or online.
